Tiffany Owens is an experienced business and trademark attorney known for her practical, client-focused approach and her ability to make complex legal issues easy to understand. She joins Masters Law Group as Of Counsel, where she focuses on trademark protection, business transactions, and helping entrepreneurs build and protect their brands.

Tiffany earned her B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 2010 and graduated magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2015. During law school, she gained valuable experience interning for the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the Department of Justice in Los Angeles, California.

After law school, Tiffany was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2015 and the New Mexico State Bar in 2016. She began her legal career in private practice where she spent several years developing a strong litigation background before shifting her focus to business law and intellectual property.

Today, Tiffany provides strategic guidance on trademark registration, brand protection, contract drafting, and business transactions. She is passionate about helping business owners safeguard their intellectual property and set up legal foundations that support long-term growth.
