Founder & Principal AttorneyAmber Masters is a seasoned business attorney and entrepreneur with a background in private practice, corporate M&A, and legal tech. A graduate of BYU Law (magna cum laude), she has advised startups and national corporations, founded a fintech company featured on CNBC, and co-owns a dental practice. Amber brings deep empathy, sharp legal insight, and a commitment to reducing overwhelm for business owners. She’s a frequent speaker at medical and dental schools and is passionate about building long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency.
Tiffany Siddoway
Of Counsel – Business & Trademark LawTiffany Siddoway is an experienced trademark and business attorney who helps entrepreneurs build strong legal foundations and protect their brands. She holds a J.D. from BYU Law (magna cum laude) and has worked with the DOJ and federal courts. Admitted in Utah and New Mexico, she began her career in litigation before shifting to IP and transactional law. Clients value her clarity, thoroughness, and down-to-earth guidance. At Masters Law Group, she focuses on trademarks, contracts, and business transactions with a practical, client-first approach.
