Amber Masters is an experienced business attorney with a background that spans private practice, corporate M&A, and legal and fintech entrepreneurship. A graduate of BYU Law (magna cum laude), she began her career clerking for the Fourth District Court in Utah before moving into transactional law, where she advises small businesses and national corporations alike.

Amber’s fintech startup, featured in CNBC, NBC, and Yahoo Finance, empowered thousands of people to pay off debt and build wealth. That same passion for practical solutions now drives her legal practice.

As both an attorney and an entrepreneur, Amber understands firsthand the challenges business owners face. She and her husband co-own a dental practice, giving her valuable insight into the daily realities of running a small business. She also actively pursues other entrepreneurial ventures, which allows her to better empathize with and guide her clients.

Amber is a sought-after speaker and frequently presents at dental and medical schools as well as dental associations on topics such as student loan strategies and practice ownership. Amber founded Masters Law Group to bring a more human, high-touch approach to business law. Her goal: reduce legal overwhelm and provide legal counsel that actually supports business growth.

When she’s not reviewing contracts or helping clients close deals, Amber loves to travel, bike, charcoal sketch, and spend time at the beach and with her four kids and husband.
